Thanksgiving. Turkeys, pumpkin pies, hot cider, and…California Bar Exam results. The past weekend marked the release of Bar results from the July 2009 exam. California Bar takers were able to log in on Friday evening to find out if their name was featured on the pass list and the results went ‘world wide web’ on Sunday.
It would take intervention from the California Supreme Court, backed by the state governor before Granda received the final okay to take the test. And that was just a day before infamous Day 1.
But whether your believe fighters are born or made, Sara has earned her title. Despite all of the obstacles in her path, she took the country’s arguably most-difficult Bar exam. And she passed.
Congratulations to Bar passers across the country. Sometimes the good fight yields a win. If you didn’t make the pass list this time, remember, no one said the fight would be easy…Sara might have some words about that.
